  • Reverse-engineer E L E V I’s distribution technology.

4. E L E V I Distribution & Submissions (a) Platform Nature: E L E V I is a distribution-first platform. Access to content does not grant ownership or re-distribution rights. (b) No Unsolicited Submissions: The Company does notaccept unsolicited scripts, treatments, or concepts. You acknowledge that if you send such materials, the Company has no obligation to you and you waive all claims regarding similarities in our future projects. (c) User Content: Any comments or community posts on E L E V I grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability The Company does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or cinematic playback quality due to third-party hosting failures.

6. Mandatory Arbitration & Venue Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than in court.
